I am a relationship coach who specializes in helping people leave nothing less than a legacy of GREATness in their relationships through

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist by training and experience and an entertaining educator by preference. I am the founder and president of Bardos Relationship Consulting and TheMarriageAcademy.com which helps people beat the statistical nightmare of divorce by providing the formal marriage education everyone needs but never receives—until now. 

I am also the Director of Training and Development for PeopleSmarts—a cutting-edge consulting firm that transforms organizations, teams and work cultures through the use of EQ (emotional intelligence) assessment, training and development. 

Through both organizations, I currently speak and provide coaching and trainings to corporations, faith-based organizations and professional organizations around the country.
